Important Utility Billing Notice

The Village of Roseville has been made aware that several residents may not have received their recent utility bill in the mail.

Utility bills were mailed via bulk postage through the United States Postal Service on December 31, 2025.

Not receiving a bill in the mail does not prohibit payment of the bill or the assessment of a late charge.

If you have not received your bill, please take one of the following steps immediately:
• Call the Village office to obtain your current balance

• Log in to your online utility account to view your bill

All utility payments are due by January 15, 2026. Payments received after this date will be assessed a late penalty.
