Utility bills were mailed via bulk postage through the United States Postal Service on December 31, 2025.

Not receiving a bill in the mail does not prohibit payment of the bill or the assessment of a late charge.

If you have not received your bill, please take one of the following steps immediately:

โ€ข Log in to your online utility account to view your bill
